The State Patent-Technical Library (SPTL) under the Office, specialized on completing and organization patent and science - technical documentation and literature, by the republic storing of native and foreign patent documentation and information data datas for the system development of Intellectual Property, provides an operative access to the patent information and and provides librarian-informational service by using of information-communicative technologies.
