32 applications filed direct with the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania (SPB), from which 65.6 6% applications originating in Lithuania
40 designs registered.
Compared with 2005 the number of:
filings increased by 6.7 7%
filings originating in Lithuania decreased by 4.5 5%
design registrations increased by 37.99%.
Packages and containers for the transportation of goods, furniture, sales and advertising equipment, paper products, jewelry, brushes, appliances for animal care were the leading areas as reflected in design application filings in 2006.
