The framework provisions for the DAS have been updated, based on the version of the document discussed and agreed at the working group meeting in 2011, with modifications to reflect the comments made during the working group and other necessary updates and changes. As agreed during the working group, we invite discussion and comments by the consultative group until 22 June, 2012. It is then proposed to post the agreed revised framework provisions on the DAS web site, with a date of entry into force of July 1, 2012.
