Aunque se tiene una colección completa de documentos de patente en formato ST.33 y se continúa su producción regular, actualmente los sistemas y software utilizados permiten generar documentos en PDF indizados con el estándar EPO ST.1.4, para poder visualizarlos en los sitios esp@cenet, esp@cenet-LATIPAT y PatentSciope entre otros
