The priority application number (paragraph 12) in the notifications of the first filing and in the certificates of priority is presented in the format PP 5004-2015, where PP is abbreviation of “patentová prihláška” (“patent application”), the digits before the hyphen indicate the serial number of the application and the four-digit number after the hyphen indicates the year of filing of the application.

The preamble as recommended in paragraph 12 b) has not been presented yet.

All other provisions of the Standard ST.10/C are fully implemented.

An abstract is an obligatory part of a patent application and an utility model application (Article 37(4) (b) of the Act No 435/2001 Coll. and Article 32(4)(b) of the Act No 517/2007 Coll.); i.e. an applicant is obliged to file an abstract together with an application. The Office may amend an abstract ex officio (Article 7(2) of the Decree No 223/2002 Coll. and Article 5(2) of the Decree No 1/2008 Coll.), but in the case of abstracts to utility model applications their content can not be amended (Article 5(2) of the Decree No 1/2008 Coll.)

The digits before the hyphen indicate the serial number of the application and the four-digit number (two-digit until January 1, 2000) after the hyphen indicates the year of filing the application.  In the example PP 50010-2011 – patent application filed electronically in 2011 with the serial number 50010.

The IPO SR publishes the search reports containing a list of cited patent documents (references), which are attached to the published utility model applications in general and to the published patent applications only if the requirements have been met under the § 41, paragraph 3 of Act No.435 / 2001 (Patent Act).

In the course of a search and examination procedure any document cited in the search report is indicated by the respective category codes (of relevance) in accordance with the paragraph 20 of the Standard. 

Data related to the list of prior art documents by using code INID (56) have not been published neither on the first page of the patent document nor in databases.
