What bibliographic data should be included in the sequence listing?
The bibliographic data, apart from the application identification information, that must be included in the sequence is defined in paragraph 45 of WIPO ST.26. If priority is not being claimed and the sequence listing is drafted before filing, only at least one applicant must be included as well as at least one invention title (in a particular language).
If more than one priority application has the same date then it does not matter which of the applications is included. This field is only mandatory if priority is being claimed.
