WIPO ST.26 does not provide for publication information (ST.25 tags 301 through 313). Refer to ST.26 Annex VII, Scenario 17:

ST.25 provides for publication information in fields <300> to <313>. ST.26 does not provide for inclusion of such
information.
Recommendation:
The information contained in ST.25 fields <300> to <313> should be inserted into the accompanying application body, if not
already contained therein.

However there is nothing which prevents you from providing the same info in the feature table. Note however that SITE is to be used to describe ONE residue, so
it would be more appropriate to put publication information/accession numbers in a note qualifier in the source feature.
