This standard is maintained partly because the patent system is regulated by century years old Act and it does not allow implementing the standard. Moreover there is no exact examination manual/guideline to follow WIPO standards.

Estos índices se publicaban de manera anexa a las Gacetas de propiedad Industrial hasta el año 2014. No se tiene prevista una fecha en la que se volverán a publicar y dependerá de que se discuta la importancia de aplicar nuevamente esta norma.

The IPO SR publishes in the Official gazette the document number indexes and the classification indexes accompanied by announcements containing the minimum bibliographic data in accordance with the “Recommendation concerning Bibliographic Data on and relating to Patent Documents (Identification and Minimum Required) (ST.9). The name indexes are not published in the Official gazette.
