The Patent Act, 2016 has been drafted complying the WIPO standards and it is in final stage for enactment. After completing the new Patents Law we can take strategy to implement the standard.

La Oficina considera la gran utilidad la implementación de estos códigos, no obstante, lo anterior, creemos que para que estos aparezcan en la publicación de la solicitud de patente sería necesario crear una cantidad de celdas o de filas y ubicarlas en una sesión informativa de la primera página.
Debido a que muchas convenciones se relacionas con tramites que podrían no aparecer en la gaceta de cada país. Creemos que su aplicación es de alguna manera que se convierta en un estándar.

Se ha creado un procedimiento para extraer los estados jurídicos de las solicitudes de patentes para intercambio con Latipat, usando esta norma; los estados extraídos son:
BZ= Publicada; FG=Concedida; FC=Rechazada; FD=Caducada y FA=Abandonada
Esta norma no se utiliza para los boletines oficiales ya que no se cuenta con este tipo de comunicaciones dentro de nuestra oficina, sino que las publicaciones se hacen en el Diario Oficial.
