The Patent Act, 2016 has been drafted complying the WIPO standards and it is in final stage for enactment. After completing the new patents law we can take strategy to implement the standard.

En el anterior sistema empleado por la Oficina los documentos de patentes presentados ante esta por los usuarios, se tenían en cuenta las recomendaciones relativas a los datos bibliográficos de la Norma ST.9. Sin embargo, con el cambio en el sistema se comenzará a trabajar para que los documentos vuelvan a seguir la Norma ST.9.
