WB1 | This is the active tab of the screen which shows the list of priority documents that are associated with your WIPO account. | ||
WB2 | Tracking of documents can be added to or removed from your workbench (see Adding Document to Workbench screenshot). | ||
WB3 | This dropdown box offers several filtering options of your Workbench. | ||
WB4 | Details of each priority document are displayed in a row. | ||
WB5 | This link allows you to download the certificate of availability from DAS. | ||
WB6 | This link allows you to view the access history of Office(s) of Second Filing. | ||
WB7 | This link indicates whether the document is also being tracked by other WIPO account(s). | ||
WB8 | This links to your WIPO account details. | ||
WB9 | These links allows you to sort the list of priority documents based on “Filling date”, “Date of availability” and “Last Accessed” date (by default priority documents are sorted based on “Filling date” in descending order). | ||
WB10 | Logging out of the portal. | ||

WB2 | To use when you want to remove a tracking from your Workbench (and after marking one or many of the boxes of WB6) | ||
WB3 | Here you will find a message indicating the number of applications that are visible in the current screen (it will be affected by your search results, WB4 and by the filters you choose on WB5 | ||
WB4 | In cases you have multiple files/pages, you can filter by searching by the priority number here | ||
WB5 | You can use this bar to filter the results that are displayed in the list bellow | ||
WB6 | Each of the columns of this bar, can be clicked so you can sort your list by the selected "column type". | ||
WB7 | This boxes are used to select item(s) in cases you would want to remove one (or several) tracking(s) from your list (using the button WB2 after selecting the box(es)). | ||
WB8 | If your list of tracking is quite large, you can navigate through the pages with these buttons. | ||
WB9 | By pressing this link, you will be able to download the "Certificate of Availability" for the file. | ||
WB10 | This will allow you to see the IP Offices that have accessed the file and the status of the access | ||
WB11 | Here you will see the list of users that are tracking this record on their own Workspace. Only people with the "access information" for the file (application number, filing date and access code) will be able to access it. Officers from WIPO might be listed briefly here, in cases they are assisting with the support of an IP office or an user. Being listed here, does not mean the person has access to the actual file, they are only accessing the same information that is displayed here in the workbench. | ||
