Applicants are served on the SPB on a one-stop-shop basis, using all available forms of information provision (service by telephone, e-mail and upon arrival at the SPB; provision of information on the SPB website). In 2020 another form was installed at the end applicant consultation method - remote video consultation via MS Teams program.
