After successful login, a workbench screen is displayed and it allows you to add priority documents for which you wish to check the access history by Offices of Second Filing.

Note

When using the portal for the first time and no document is associated with your account, there is no Workbench content. (as in the figure above)


The following screenshot is a Workbench example in which two a few priority documents have been added.

WB3Here you will find a message indicating the number of applications that are visible in the current screen (it will be affected by your search results, WB4 and by the filters you choose on WB5
WB4In cases you have multiple files/pages, you can filter by searching by the priority number here
WB5You can use this bar to filter the results that are displayed in the list bellow
WB6Each of the columns of this bar, can be clicked so you can sort your list by the selected "column type".
WB7This boxes are used to select item(s) in cases you would want to remove one (or several) tracking(s) from your list (using the button WB2 after selecting the box(es)).
WB8If your list of tracking is quite large, you can navigate through the pages with these buttons.
WB9By pressing this link, you will be able to download the "Certificate of Availability" for the file.
WB10This will allow you to see the IP Offices that have accessed the file and the status of the access
WB11Here you will see the list of users that are tracking this record on their own Workspace. Only people with the "access information" for the file (application number, filing date and access code) will be able to access it.   Officers from WIPO might be listed briefly here, in cases they are assisting with the support of an IP office or an user.  Being listed here, does not mean the person has access to the actual file, they are only accessing the same information that is displayed here in the workbench.
