What is rule XQV_49 which is referenced in the preferences section?
The text for this business rule, implemented as part of the validation of an XML instance is as follows:
Rule: Any INSDQualifier element with a sub-element INSDQualifier_name in the attribute languageDependentQualifiers of this system MUST have a sub-element INSDQualifier_value.
In practice this means, that a warning is provided in the user in the verification report if there are only non English free text qualifier values provided as part of the sequence listing. To avoid this error, the English translation of these free text values should be provided. This warning can be turned on and off in the preferences of WIPO Sequence. The default is that this warning is not enabled.
