Why is WIPO Sequence Validator not available to applicants?

WIPO Sequence Validator is a web service which was developed for Offices to validate sequence listings received by their Office. Whether Offices run a full or formality validation after filing is up to the original Office  WIPO Sequence is the component of the WIPO Sequence Suite that was developed for applicants (and their representatives). If a sequence listing has been generated by WIPO Sequence, there should be no concern by users that the sequence listing will be indicated at the Office end as not being compliant with WIPO ST.26 after the user has carefully reviewed and addressed any warnings. Users can also validate a sequence listing to ensure that it is compliant with the Standard by using the 'validate sequence listing' function on the project home page.
