The Patent Act, 2016 has been drafted complying the WIPO standards and it is in final stage for enactment. After completing the new Patents Law we can take strategy to implement the standard.

Porque el sistema tecnológico actual que emplea la Oficina de Patentes de Colombia permite la transferencia de información de Oficina a Oficina, sin necesidad de un soporte físico, por lo tanto, los resúmenes no son presentados en forma de fichas sino electrónicamente.
