WB7This boxes are used to select item(s) in cases you would want to remove one (or several) tracking(s) from your list (using the button WB2 after selecting the box(es)).
WB8If your list of tracking is quite large, you can navigate through the pages with these buttons.
WB9By pressing this link, you will be able to download the "Certificate of Availability" for the file.
WB10This will allow you to see the IP Offices that have accessed the file and the status of the access
WB11Here you will see the list of users that are tracking this record on their own Workspace. Only people with the "access information" for the file (application number, filing date and access code) will be able to access it.   Officers from WIPO might be listed briefly here, in cases they are assisting with the support of an IP office or an user.  Being listed here, does not mean the person has access to the actual file, they are only accessing the same information that is displayed here in the workbench.
WB12Comment area, in case you would want to add a comment for your own reference (the information displayed and stored here is only available to you).
