#2. carbon copy of the problem solving processIB2. SIPO’s proposal is also covered under section 5 of the DAS-SLA 0.2 draft. WIPO will handle incident reporting and carbon copy email communications among relevant Offices.
#3. Inquiry on DAS processing course

IB3. The new DAS Applicant portal will provide the retrieval history of the priority documents (see page 7 of the specification) and will be made available by end of March 2013. WIPO will consider offering this function through a new and secure office portal also by end of March 2013 (specification will be made available in January 2013).

#4. subdividing error codesIB4. Any suggestions are welcome. However it should be noted that improvement of TDA related status codes should be discussed via the TDA forum hosted by the EPO.
#5. time monitory and acceleration of pending casesIB5. WIPO will offer a monitoring function for pending cases follow-up through a new and secure office portal by end of March 2013. Nevertheless this requires the availability of business and operational support provided by participating Offices, which is formalized under section 4.5 of the DAS-SLA 0.2 draft.
