File identification field:
The text field on your right, is where you will have to type the "file identification" (application/publication number) of the document file you would want to search for.for:
- When you start typing a number, the UI will try to validate the format, in order to have a better match with the numbers recording in the system for each providing IP Office:

- the system will check the country code you are entering
- provide a sample of numbers for the type of search (application or publication), so you can have a guide on how to enter the file number
