The search interface is bellow:
On your left, you have the drop down menu to select if you want to do a search for "Application Number" or by "Publication Number":
Default search type, can be updated in the "PREFERENCES" tab of the navigation bar: 9.- Preferences
The text field on your right, is where you will have to type the application/publication number of the document you would want to search for.
