Q1.- Does your IP office have specific procedures in place for applicants to request the registration of priority documents via WIPO DAS?

All the participants indicated that the applicant has to send a request to the IP Office to ask for the registration of the priority document into WIPO DAS.

FOR the rest of the applications, the applicant has 2 options: request the priority document online through our platform or submit a document in the respective application online requesting that INAPI generate the priority document through DAS and provide the respective code.]
