In this Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) recorded webinar, speakers from WIPO discuss the role of intellectual property as one of the many factors enabling the development and diffusion of sustainable technologies.
The webinar briefly sets the context and then provides a practical look at what intellectual property is, as well as the role it plays in the process of getting technologies to market. Participants also receive practical tips on licensing negotiations and IP commercialization in general, followed by an introduction to WIPO’s sustainable technology marketplace – WIPO GREEN.
