WIPO GREEN to Participate in Water Innovation Symposium

August 17, 2017

The NorthEast Water Innovation Network (NEWIN) will be organizing a Water Innovation Symposium – a networking and knowledge sharing event – on September 18, 2017 in Worcester, USA.

As a leading non-profit water industry cluster with safe, abundant and affordable water at the core of its vision, NEWIN aims to accelerate water innovation by fostering local innovation and collaboration.

As this year’s conference focuses on wastewater, resource recovery and energy efficiency, WIPO GREEN has been invited to give a keynote titled “From Invention to Impact: Using intellectual property assets to drive innovation and tech transfer”. WIPO GREEN Partner InvenTrust will also attend the Symposium and speak about “Strategies for translating research to innovation”.

The event will provide ample opportunities for high-impact connections and networking with key stakeholders representing industry, investors, entrepreneurs and academia among others.
